I. OPEN MEETING
The meeting was opened at 6 p.m. by Charles Leighton leading the Pledge of Alligiance.
A. ROLL CALL
Charles Leighton, Brenda Clark, George Hockstadter, and Danny Withee were present. Millard Butler is out of State.
B. MINUTES OF THE MEETING
1. Approve January 10, 2018 Meeting Minutes
Upon motion by George Hockstadter, seconded by Danny Withee, it was unanimously voted to approve the January 24, 2017 meeting minutes with the correction of “town office and 1 class room”.
C. QUIT CLAIM DEEDS
1. Advantage Payroll Warrant # 15
Upon motion by Danny Withee, seconded by Brenda Clark, it was unanimously voted to approve Payroll Warrant #15.
2. Expenditures # 18
Upon motion by Brenda Clark, seconded by Danny Withee, it was unanimously voted to approve AP Warrant #18, noting to bill Far & Beyond $91.72 for the overage in the electric bill at the Salt and Sand Shed.
E. BOARD OF ASSESSORS
Personnel Property Abatements will be coming soon to clean them up.
II. OLD BUSINESS
1 Continued Elementary School Discussion / Update
Diane reported that a representative from the Fire Marshall’s office will be here at 8:30 on Friday the 26th to meet with the Board of Selectmen.
III. NEW BUSINESS
Diane reported to the Board about the meeting with Perc. Perc presented a packet showing the investments and equipment that have been purchased and improved in the last 8 months.
They also requested if Stetson’s investment will roll over and remain with Perc, or be taken out. Diane will check with MMA to verify if that is a board decision, or if it has to be a Warrant Article to be voted on by the residents.

D. CODE ENFORCEMENT OFFICER Diane noted the copy of the letter that was sent to Mr. Ogden dealing with the Tasker Property.

G. EMERGENCY PREPAREDNESS COMMITTEE Nothing.
H. EMT/RESCUE Nothing.
I. FIRE DEPARTMENT Nothing.
J. MEETINGHOUSE Danny Withee reported that he had checked the sump pump concerns, and found nothing wrong at that time.
Danny also noted the metal piece in the entry of the door has rotted and needs to be replaced. Charles will come up with a price for a replacement piece.
