B. MINUTES OF THE MEETING
1. Approve Meeting Minutes of January 14, 2015.
Upon motion by Priscilla Dorman, seconded Charles Leighton, it was voted 4 to 0 to approve the January 14, 2015 Meeting Minutes with the correction of ...(Sue Foss to Sue Dickenson).
C. QUIT CLAIM DEEDS
None.
D. WARRANT
1. Payroll Warrant — Approve warrant # 16
Upon motion by Danny Withee, seconded by Brenda Clark, it was unanimously voted to approve Payroll Warrant # 16.
2. Expenditures — Approve warrant # 21
Upon motion by Charles Leighton, seconded by Danny Withee, it was unanimously voted to approve AP Warrant #21
E. BOARD OF ASSESSORS
Nothing.
II. OLD BUSINESS
1. Bounced Check Policy
Consensus of the Board was to change the word (may) to (will)
in 2 of the uses in the last paragraph.
2. Winter Plow Contract. Discussed at Budget Workshop. Diane will change the requested wording to bring to the next Budget Workshop scheduled for February 9, 2015
3. Trash Contract. Discussed at Budget Workshop.

I. FIRE DEPARTMENT Diane reported that Kim Tracy is still working on the repair of the Generator.
J. MEETINGHOUSE Nothing.
K. PARKS & RECREATION Nothing.
L. PLANNING BOARD Nothing.
M. PLUMBING INSPECTOR Nothing.
N. RECYCLING & SOLID WASTE COLLECTION It was noted that the tipping fees have declined.
O. ROAD COMMISSIONER William Barriault was present requested that the Board again consider doing another mile of paving for this upcoming budget process.
P. STATE LEGISLATIVE CORRESP Don Carroll reported that the next meeting is scheduled for February 12, 2015. Some of the proposed changes are Homestead Exception (changed to over age 65 and 20%), and Revenue Sharing ( to loose 12,000 to 13,000). We will not have the complete changes until End of May, first of June.
Q. TREASURER Diane reported that the office has sent out 50 Forclosurer Notices.
R. WELFARE DIRECTOR Nothing.
S. MEMORIAL COMMITTEE Nothing.
T. OTHER
Nothing.
TRAINING
Tax Training including hands on in another town.
VI. PUBLIC COMMENTS
Marlene Webber : Asked Mr. Barriaura the Langley Road had been taken care of as the plow crew was extremely busy and dealing with break-downs.
VII. SELECTMEN COMMENTS
Brenda Clark: reported that she had received a complaint dealing with
the Langley Road.

Upon motion by Priscilla Dorman, seconded by Brenda Clark, it
was unanimously voted to adjourn the meeting at 7:05 p.m.
