The meeting was opened by Don Carroll leading the Pledge of Allegiance.

B. MINUTES OF THE MEETING
1. Approve February 08, 2017 Meeting Minutes
Upon motion by Charles Leighton, seconded by Brenda Clark, it was unanimously voted to approve the February 8, 2017 meeting minutes.
C. QUIT CLAIM DEEDS
1. Advantage Payroll Warrant # 16
Upon motion by Brenda Clark, seconded by Danny Withee, it was unanimously voted to approve Payroll Warrant #16.
2. Expenditures # 19
Upon motion by George Hockstadter, seconded by Danny Withee, it was unanimously voted to approve AP Warrant #19
E. BOARD OF ASSESSORS
II. OLD BUSINESS
1 Reminder March 6th at 9:00 am
2. (non agenda item) Don Carroll reported that he has spoken with DEP of Bangor and *********, they both feel at this time that the present mold is dormant
because of the cold temperatures and lack on movement in the building. At the least, paper mask should be used, and we can try to rally help in getting what is needed out of the building asap.
Diane will work on a bid add for the property stating AS IS and a minimum of $20,000.
III. NEW BUSINESS
1. Per Discussion
Representative from Perc were present, Matt Albert, Doug Britter. They reported there is a lot going on with the MRC and USA Energy agreement.
Perc has up graded the facility with walls, boilers, etc. They also noted there will be a slight increase in fees but they have 30 years of history.

N. RECYCLING & SOLID WASTE COLLECTION (discussed earlier in the meeting)
O. ROAD COMMISSIONER Mr. Barriault was present and questioned if the board was on board with planning to pave another mile this summer.
Consensus of the Board was to keep taxes at present or lower. Don Carroll felt saving the money and planning for the following year.
Don also questioned the $500 electric bill at the salt and sand shed and requested that the electric heater in the trailer be eliminated.
Barriault also stated that the roads are all posted.

V. PUBLIC COMMENTS
Marc Karum : Stated the repairs on the building look very nice.
Jody Lyford: Reported that the superintendant had taken the refrigerator and freezer out of the school. Don informed the Board and Jody that he has tried
numerous times to contact the fire marshal for inspection and the insurance has noted that Public Assembly and School requirements are different.
Brent Dorman: Reported that Exeter had to remove their Fire Suppressant. He also stated that he agreed the old Town office is worth $20,000 and a realtor agreed to that.
Selling is a Win / Win for the Town even just for the savings of having to demo it.
