I. OPEN MEETING
Charles Leighton opened the meeting by leading the Pledge of Alligiance.
Charles Leighton, Millard Butler, Brenda Clark, George Hockstadter, and Danny Withee were present.
B. MINUTES OF THE MEETING
1. Approve May 9, 2018 Meeting Minutes
Upon motion by , seconded by , it was unanimously voted to approve the May 9th, 2018 Meeting Minutes.
C. QUIT CLAIM DEEDS
1. Advantage Payroll Warrant # 23
Upon motion by , seconded by , it was unanimously voted to approve Payroll Warrant #23.

Upon motion by , seconded by , it was unanimously voted to approve AP Warrant #29.
E. BOARD OF ASSESSORS
II. OLD BUSINESS
Continued Discussion / Update Elementary School.
No update, until the voting has taken place at Town Meeting.
III. NEW BUSINESS
Update Animal Control Officer
In discussion, the selectmen asked for more detail as to why the Animal Control Officer has choosen to resign. Results of the discussion was to ask the Animal Control Officer
to write up a statement of events that led to his decision, and to assure him that the selectmen were willing to assist him in any issues or concerns that he feels need to be addressed.

D. CODE ENFORCEMENT OFFICER Noted again was the previously owned Tasker property in need of clean up.

F. EDUCATION The Budget increase was noted, and it was also noted that the office will close at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday, June 7th to allow the resister of voters (Cathy) to be at the budget meeting at the school.
G. EMERGENCY PREPAREDNESS COMMITTEE Nothing.
