I. OPEN MEETING
Charles Leighton opened the meeting by leading the Pledge of Alligiance.
Charles Leighton, Brenda Clark, George Hockstadter, and Millard Butler were present.
B. MINUTES OF THE MEETING
1. Approve May 23, 2018 Meeting Minutes
Upon motion by George Hockstadter, seconded by Millard Butler, it was unanimously voted to approve the May 23, 2018 Meeting Minutes.
C. QUIT CLAIM DEEDS
1. Advantage Payroll Warrant #24
Upon motion by Brenda Clark, seconded by George Hockstadter, it was unanimously voted to approve Payroll Warrant #24 (AP #31)
Upon motion by Brenda Clark, seconded by George Hockstadter, it was unanimously voted to approve AP #30.
(Brenda Clark noted the Metal markers for the graves are of much better quality than the previously markers that were used)

Preparation discussion for Town Meeting.
Diane questioned if the Board was going to present the motion for a written ballot for any Warrant Articles. With the Board being unsure, Diane informed them that the election
box was ready if this were to happen.
Diane also reported that Eco Maine will be charging per ton if our recycling is contaminated. Eco is requesting that the Town no longer recycle plastic bags.
Diane also ordered 50 more recycling bins.
School Ballot referendum results were signed.
Consensus of the Board was to allow the closing of the office on June 29, 2018 for Fiscal year end processing.

K. PARKS & RECREATION Brenda Clark reported that Don Carroll is cleaning out his garage, and the Rec Supplies need to be moved and organized.

Jane Rambone reported that she if looking into more information dealing with making Stetson roads accessible for ATV’s.
Brent Dorman reported that there are people living in Tax Acquired properties and Sara Hobbs place, the roof is caving in.
Marc Karum reported that there is a big black bear hanging around Coboro Road.
Upon motion by George Hockstadter, seconded by Charles Leighton, it was unanimously voted to adjourn the meeting at 6:40.
