I. OPEN MEETING
George Hockstadter opened the meeting by leading the Pledge of Allegiance.
George Hockstadter, Millard Butler, and Less Merrill were present.
B. MINUTES OF THE MEETING
1. Approve July 11, 2018 Meeting Minutes.
Upon motion by Millard Butler, seconded by Less Merrill, it was unanimously voted to approve the July 11, 2018 Meeting minutes with the amendment of the June 27
the minutes stating a vote of 3 to 0 to approve instead of 3 to 2.
C. QUIT CLAIM DEEDS
1. Advantage Payroll Warrant # 2
Upon motion by Millard Butler, seconded by Less Merrill, it was unanimously voted to approve Payroll Warrant #2.
Expenditures # 2
Upon motion by Millard Butler, seconded by Less Merrill, it was unanimously voted to approve AP Warrant #2.

Review Tax acquired property ad.
Upon motion by George Hockstadter, seconded by Millard Butler, it was unanimously voted to table this discussion for a full board.
III. NEW BUSINESS
1.Roadside Mowing Bids
We received to Bids:
Tim Richardson: $1,710.00
FAR & Beyond: $2,375.00
After motions, seconds, and some discussion of the difference in price:
Upon motion by Millard Butler, seconded by Less Merrill, it was unanimously voted to table the awarding of the bid for a full board.

I. FIRE DEPARTMENT Millard Butler stated that there Needs to be some discussion with the Fire Department Heads on where the Town is at with coverage, and who is in charge.
Diane will again contact them to attend a meeting ASAP.
J. MEETINGHOUSE Nothing.
K. PARKS & RECREATION Nothing.
L. PLANNING BOARD Nothing.
M. PLUMBING INSPECTOR Nothing.
N. RECYCLING & SOLID WASTE COLLECTION Still in discussion and Diane will give a report on the findings at the next meeting.
O. ROAD COMMISSIONER Not present.
P. STATE LEGISLATIVE CORRESPONDANCE Nothing.
Q. TREASURER Nothing.
R. WELFARE DIRECTOR Nothing.
S. OTHER Diane reported that the electrician will be starting the upgrade in lighting at the school the week of August 7th.
Danielle Withee was present and voiced questions and concerns about her husband doing a registration and the discussion of weight to be put on the vehicle.
Danielle asked that Diane look at the registration to see if it was done appropriately and questioned the protocol of how those decisions are made.
Consensus of the Board was to see if a written statement/complaint should be written and documented in personnel files. Diane will research.
Millard Butler reported that he has spoken with Joe Gray about the passing area at the Intersection and that it is not safe. Joe will contact MDOT to assist in the assessing of the area.
Less Merrill reported an issue with a resident blocking an area of the road on the corner of Cross Road and Langley Road.
George Hockstadter again questioned the previous gravel bills and stated that he will be doing some investigating.
Upon motion by George Hockstadter, seconded by Less Merrill, it was unanimously voted to adjourn the meeting at 7:20.
