I. OPEN MEETING
Don Carroll opened the meeting by leading the Pledge of Allegiance.
A. ROLL CALL
Don Carroll, Brenda Clark, George Hockstadter, and Charles Leighton were present. Danny Withee was absent.
B. MINUTES OF THE MEETING
1. Approve November 9, 2016 Meeting Minutes
Upon motion by George Hockstadter, seconded by Brenda Clark, it was voted 3 to 1 to approve to approve the November 9, 2016 Meeting Minutes. Don Carroll abstained as he was absent from the November 9, 2016 meeting.
C. QUIT CLAIM DEEDS
Schmidt and Ogden to be signed
Consensus of the Board was to sign the Quit Claim Deeds.
D. WARRANT
1. Advantage Payroll Warrant # 10
Upon motion by Brenda Clark, seconded by Charles Leighton, it was unanimously voted to approve Payroll Warrant #10.
2. Expenditures # 12
Upon motion by George Hockstadter, seconded by Brenda Clark, it was unanimously voted to Approve Expenditures Warrant #12.
Consensus of the Board was to transfer $200,000 from the Checking Account to the Undesignated Account.
E. BOARD OF ASSESSORS
Nothing.
II. OLD BUSINESS
1 Report from attorney concerning potential sub division.
Diane provided the Board with a packet with information concerning an illegal sub-division and the report and recommendations from the Town Attorney
III. NEW BUSINESS
1.Concern of a tree on Clark’s Hill Cemetery
Consensus of the Board was to have the Sherriff’s work crew look at the tree in the spring.

N. RECYCLING & SOLID WASTE COLLECTION Nothing.
O. ROAD COMMISSIONER William Barriault was present and Don Carroll informed of the complaints that were received on the timing of sanding for some slippery roads.
When Don contacted the contractor, the contractor stated that Mr. Barriault was supposed to be the eyes and ears of the town on what was needed to keep the roads passable and safe.
Mr. Barriault did not respond to the phone call, therefore sanding was started late. The contractor stated this would not happen again, and informed Don that Mr. Barriault will be plowing this winter under his employment.
Both Brenda Clark and Don Carroll stated the roads need to be clear by 4:30 for busses to travel. Consensus of the board was that Mr. Faloon will do a fine job as he did in the cemeteries last summer.
Barriault stated that the contractor has done a great job setting up for the winter and will have 4 pieces of equipment here in town to maintain the roads.

V. PUBLIC COMMENTS
Marc Karum wished all a Happy Thanksgiving.
V. SELECTMEN COMMENTS
George Hockstadter informed the Board that he will be having surgery on November 30, 2016 and may miss a meeting.
The Board wished him well

VII. ADJOURNMENT
Upon motion by George Hockstadter, seconded by Charles Leighton, it was unanimously voted to adjourn the meeting at 9:30 am.
