I. OPEN MEETING
Charles Leighton opened the meeting by leading the Pledge of Allegiance.
Charles Leighton, Brenda Clark, George Hockstadter, and Leslie Merrill were present. Millard Butler was absent.
B. MINUTES OF THE MEETING
1. Approve November 14, 2018 Meeting Minutes
Upon motion by George Hockstadter, seconded by Brenda Clark, it was unanimously voted to approve the November 14, 2018 Meeting Minutes.
C. QUIT CLAIM DEEDS
1. Advantage Payroll Warrant # 11
Upon motion by Brenda Clark, seconded by George Hockstadter, it was unanimously voted to approve Payroll warrant #11.
Expenditures # 13
Upon motion by Brenda Clark, seconded by Leslie Merrill, it was unanimously voted to approve AP #13.

Update on Elementary School
Discussion was held on whether or not to purchase a refrigerator for the Kitchen. Consensus of the Board was to purchase one.
2. Heat Pumps (continued discussion
George Hockstadter reported that the estimate he provided is for three 24 BTU units for $12,000 with certified electrician and 5 year warrantee.
III. NEW BUSINESS
1.Possibility of selling Child furniture and equipment discussion
Albert Withee Jr. would like approximately 20 child size chairs and would like to look at other items to make an offer. Diane will contact Mr. Withee to look at the items available.

I. FIRE DEPARTMENT Brenda Clark stated that the Board definitely needs a meeting with the Fire Department to figure out where the town is headed with Fire Protection.

L. PLANNING BOARD Nothing.
M. PLUMBING INSPECTOR Nothing.
N. RECYCLING & SOLID WASTE COLLECTION Nothing.

Diane issued the Board of Selectmen the Freedom of Access paperwork to be completed and signed for the certification that is required by all Municipal Officials.
Jody Lyford requested that Executive Session be held at the end of Meetings not at the beginning as it is very inconvenient for the public in attendance.
Brent Dorman requested if there was any action taken concerning the Executive Session. The Board informed him…None at this time.
Marc Karum stated that the Municipal Plowing is very sloppy.
Leslie Merrill addressed the issues with mail boxes and plowing. There are standards and guidelines issued by the federal post office that should be followed.
Leslie stated that the guidelines should be added to the next newsletter. It is very difficult for the plow drivers when the boxes are too close to the road when there is on coming traffic.
