I. OPEN MEETING
Charles Leighton opened the meeting by leading the Pledge of Alligiance.

Charles Leighton, Millard Butler, Brenda Clark, George Hockstadter, and Danny Withee were present.
B. MINUTES OF THE MEETING
1. Approve November 22, 2017 Meeting Minutes
Upon motion by Danny Withee, seconded George Hockstadter, it was voted 4 to 0 to approve the November 22, 2017 Meeting Minutes (Brenda Clark not present during this vote)
C. QUIT CLAIM DEEDS
1. Advantage Payroll Warrant # 11/12
Upon motion by Danny Withee, seconded by George Hockstadter, it was unanimously voted to approve Payroll Warrant #11/12.
2. Expenditures # 14
Upon motion by Brenda Clark, seconded by Millard Butler, it was unanimously voted to approve AP Warrant #14.
(it was questioned by George Hockstadter as to why Far & Beyond did the maintenance work and not our Road Commissioner.)

II. OLD BUSINESS
1 Continued Elementary School Discussion/ Update.
The scope of work has been completed and we are waiting for the written document to be provided to allow us to get completed prices.
2. Campers on Coboro Road.
Camper has been moved.
3. Tasker property.
Diane left a message with the owner and he has not returned her call. Our CEO is questioning where the Board would like him to head next.
III. NEW BUSINESS (ADDED)
1 Holiday time off: Surrounding towns are taking off Monday and Tuesday .
Upon motion by George Hockstadter, seconded by Millard Butler, it was unanimously voted to close the office on Monday 25th and Tuesday 26th.
This would allow residents to get the final gifts needed from the Town office until regular business Hours on the Friday before Christmas.

C. CEMETERY Brenda Clark noted that there was a very nice job done on the cleanup that was requested.
D. CODE ENFORCEMENT OFFICER Nothing.

G. EMERGENCY PREPAREDNESS COMMITTEE Nothing.
H. EMT/RESCUE Nothing.
I. FIRE DEPARTMENT Diane reported that we are in hopes to have our Fire Chief until June of this year instead of January.
J. MEETINGHOUSE Nothing.
K. PARKS & RECREATION Nothing.
L. PLANNING BOARD Nothing.
M. PLUMBING INSPECTOR Nothing.
N. RECYCLING & SOLID WASTE COLLECTION Nothing.
O. ROAD COMMISSIONER Not present.
P. STATE LEGISLATIVE CORRESPONDANCE George reported that nothing is new.
Q. TREASURER Annual Audit has been completed and went well.
R. WELFARE DIRECTOR Nothing.
S. OTHER Nothing.
Possible training the 29th of December.
V. PUBLIC COMMENTS
Brent Dorman informed the Board that on Everett’s Landing the snow has not been pushed back and the plow truck got stuck at midnight and had to be pulled out with the loader.
It is Brent understands the guy doing the plowing is from Waterville and has received complaints of speeding. Everett’s Landing needs to be widened and a 1 ton truck should be used for plowing it.
Brent stated that William did the plowing last year and did a good job.
Marc Karum wished the Board and the Public a Merry Christmas.
V. SELECTMEN COMMENTS

VI. EXECUTIVE SESSION
Upon motion by George Hockstadter, seconded by Danny Withee, it was unanimously voted to adjourn the meeting at 6:40.
