SELECTMEN’S MINUTES
DECEMBER 14, 2016

I. OPEN MEETING
Don Carroll opened the meeting by leading the Pledge of Allegiance.
A. ROLL CALL
Donald Carroll, Charles Leighton, Brenda Clark, George Hockstadter, and Danny Withee were present.
B. MINUTES OF THE MEETING
1. Approve November 23, 2016 Meeting Minutes
Upon motion by George Hockstadter, seconded by Brenda Clark, it was unanimously voted to approve the November 23, 2016 meeting minutes.
C. QUIT CLAIM DEEDS
None.
D. WARRANT
1. Advantage Payroll Warrant # 11
Upon motion by Brenda Clark, seconded by Danny Withee, it was unanimously voted to approve Adv Payroll #11.
2. Expenditures # 13
Upon motion by Charles Leighton, seconded by George Hockstadter, it was unanimously voted to approve AP #13.
E. BOARD OF ASSESSORS Nothing.
II. OLD BUSINESS
1 .Update on potential illegal sub-division.
Diane provided the attorneys opinion to the Board, and Don explained that the only thing change was that all expenses incurred will be covered by the sub-divider and the plan will now go to the Planning Board.
III. NEW BUSINESS
1 Discussion on approval of funds for research of Elementary school.
Upon motion by George Hockstadter, seconded by Charles Leighton, it was unanimously voted to have any funds to be spent approved by the Board before the expenditure.

Marc Karum wished everyone a Merry Christmas, and the same was wished to him

George Hockstadter wished to thank the Ladies Aid for the wonderful basket that was delivered to him in the hospital.
