I. OPEN MEETING

Brenda Clark opened the Meeting by leading the Pledge of Allegiance.

Brenda Clark, Leslie Merrill, and Millard Butler were present. (Charles Leighton and Danny Withee were absent.


B. MINUTES OF THE MEETING

1. Approve December 11, 2019 Meeting Minutes

Tabled due to a quorum not being present that was at the December 11, 2019 Meeting.


C. QUIT CLAIM DEEDS

None.


D. WARRANT

1. Advantage Payroll Warrant # 13

Upon motion by Millard Butler, seconded by Leslie Merrill, it was unanimously voted to approve Payroll Warrant #13.


  1. Expenditures # 17 & 18

Upon motion by Millard Butler, seconded by Brenda Clark, it was unanimously voted to approve AP Warrant #17.

Upon motion by Millard Butler, seconded by Leslie Merrill, it was unanimously voted to approve AP Warrant #18.


E. BOARD OF ASSESSORS

Nothing.




II. OLD BUSINESS


1 Road Funds Discussion Waiting on figures.

2. Fire Department Waiting to schedule Public Hearings.

3. Kitchen fees for Rental. Tabled for a full Board and a request of Jody Lyford whom is not present.


Diane reported that thus far we have 4 residents whom are interested in being part of the Emergency Preparedness Committee that will be discussed at the next meeting.

Diane also reported that Jeff Perry is looking for a tape recorder that will do all the functions we are looking for.

C. CEMETERY Brenda Clark reported that Mt. Pleasant Cemetery has been plowed.

H. EMT/RESCUE Nothing.

I. FIRE DEPARTMENT Brent Dorman stated that the dollar figures that the Town of Levant has quoted are within the Town of Stetson’s Budget. Levant is 5 miles away and they have 35 members to provide for the town.

J. MEETINGHOUSE Nothing.

K. PARKS & RECREATION Corey Leighton will be purchasing supplies for the ice rink in the amount of $296.00 and Diane is looking to get the walk behind Zamboni donated from Milford.

L. PLANNING BOARD Nothing.

M. PLUMBING INSPECTOR Nothing.

N. RECYCLING & SOLID WASTE COLLECTION Nothing.

O. ROAD COMMISSIONER Not present.

P. STATE LEGISLATIVE CORRESPONDANCE Nothing.
